Bright and Breezy

Hi there crafter's 

it's been a while !!

I can,t believe January is all but gone, I blinked

and it passed me by!!

I have been really busy both in my 

everyday life and crafting world.

Having a good old clear out was worth while,

it's surprising what you find.

This card was one of the things I had made and 

put away in a safe place, in fact so safe I,ve

only just found it again.

I wonder whose birthday it was for?? lol

I have used the girl from the Garden plate

and a scene from the Summer Adorable CD 

from the lovely Jayne Nestorenko.

 I used a bright yellow card for the base

and used the backing papers from the CD for the layers.

Just what we need to cheer us up

with all this wind and rain around today.

Sounds like our roof is going to lift off at any moment.

Hopefully I will be back with another card really soon,

although the good news is I,m working with

Jayne's new designs so there are some stunning designs 

coming your way before too long.

Santa Wreath

Happy New Year 

Hi everyone my first post of the new year.

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas

and a Merry New Year.

Well it's all over and done with for another year,

let the planning commence!! only joking.

I haven,t any new cards to show you at the moment

until I can get myself in action again.

So I thought I would share with you my 

Santa Wreath.

It's a kit I bought from QVC many moons ago

and comes out every year.

it's a Bucilla felt applique kit.

Not too difficult to make but looks quite jolly

don,t you think.

So my new years resolution is to do a major

de cluttering session of the entire house.

Well that's the plan anyway, but it did get

off to a good start today, needless to say my bins are now full.

Charity shops be at the ready.

I hope to start making cards again in the next day or so

and get back to doing regular posts.

So I do hope you will pop back and take a look.

Just a quick message to say that the Advent project

that I featured here on my blog, has now been removed

as is now copyrighted . It will be going into production in the near future.

So anyone having saved the tutorial can now only

use it for personal use and can not be used

to sell in any way , made or as instructions.
